1. Delivery Time:

Orders are delivered between 7-10 working days. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, you may experience a slight delay in some orders. If your product does not arrive in the given time frame, contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Shipment:

We make sure you received the delivery within time we might use the best courier service such as DHL & FedEx to serve you.
However, you may receive products via USPs or ups within in the US

In case you’re not available at the arrival time, please do notify someone to pick it up and sign the order for you. Or just contact the courier service to reschedule the shipment. 

4. Tracking Details:

Once the product is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email so that you can track your order and stay updated with the progress of your shipment. This notice includes the date of shipment and the expected delivery date.

6. In Case of Damage/Defect:

We make every effort to provide you with high-quality flawless products. However, if the item is damaged during the shipment process, you can initiate the return process with our easy return policy.
